Once you have placed your order an order confirmation email will be sent out within 48hrs. If the product is in stock, we will dispatch your order within 3 days of receiving confirmation of your payment.
In the unlikely event a piece is out of stock, we will have to make the piece to order therefore, it will take between 7 to 14 days to dispatch the piece *this may be longer during busy periods (see below), or **if a piece need to be sent for hallmarking (see below right). If this is the case you will be informed of this on your order confirmation email and you will have the right to cancel your order if necessary.
All completed jewellery is dispatched by Royal Mail by either Recorded Delivery - £3.20 or Special Delivery - £6.00. You can choose which method you would prefer us to dispatch your product to you by as you check out. Both methods can be tracked and traced and will need to be signed for on delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is our premium option and has the added benefit of being insured.
Non UK Deliveries
Postage to the rest of the world is £12.
* During busy periods such as the run up to Christmas, Mothers day and Father's Day it can take longer to dispatch your finished piece of jewellery if it needs to be made to order. The estimated dispatch date will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you have a birthday or other special date that coinsides with these busy times it may be beneficial to check with us before ordering that we will be able to meet your delivery requirements. **If the piece we are making to order requires hallmarking then it can take up to 6 weeks* from date of order to dispatch. This is as it can take the Assay Office up to 4 weeks to process a piece during busy times. *This can sometimes be as little as 3 weeks if the assay office is quiet but we cannot guaratee this. If you have a special date in mind and cannot wait this long we can pay for a special one day processing fee at the Assay Office however this fee is not included in the list price for the item and will be passed onto yourself. Late Arrival / Non delivery
We will email you when we have dispatched your order along with tracking number for you to trace. However, if a parcel is suspected lost please contact us within seven days. A replacement piece or full refund will be provided at our discretion. We will wait 20 days before making a decision as this corresponds with the Royal Mail's definition of a lost parcel.
