Rights to Cancel

 

Once you have placed your order and received our order confirmation email you still have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order you just need to inform us in writing via email at 'oddledoddle@hotmail.co.uk' or contacting us via our online contact page (above). You have up until 7 days after the date you receive the goods to cancel your order.

 

If you cancel you order before we have dispatched the product you will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancelation.

 

If you have received the goods and are not happy with it or have changed your mind about the purchase and would like to cancel your order you have up to 7 days after the date you receive the goods to inform us, in writing via email at 'oddledoddle@hotmail.co.uk' or contacting us via our online contact page (above), of your wish to cancel. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues you have. However if we cannot resolve the issue we will provide a full refund within 30 days of receiving back the unwanted item. Please look after the product while it is in your possession and return the item in it's original packaging.

 

Please return the product to : Oddle Doddle, Victoria Mill House, Lunnsfield Lane, Burton Salmon, LS25 5JL. You must return the product to us at your own cost.

 

 

Rights to cancel Bespoke Products

 

If you have asked us to make a special piece to your own specific requirements, paid for the item and recieved our order confirmation email, you can still cancel your order and you will receive a refund if you cancel your order within seven days and we have not yet started work on your order. Any payment we have received will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

 

However once work has started on your piece of jewellery we cannot accept cancellation of your order.

 

 

Returns and Refunds Bespoke products

 

Items made to a customers own specifications cannot be returned accept:

 

1, If the item received by you is not what you ordered.

 

2, We have made a mistake on your order.

 

3, If the item is faulty

 

Please check all items as soon as you receive them. If the item is faulty please let us know within 48hrs of your receiving your order. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

 

Please check all specifictation details before sending them to us as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes and misspellings made by the customer.

Faulty Goods or incorrect Goods Received

 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the incorrect product please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues you have and replace the product with a new or correct piece. However if we cannot resolve the issue we will provide a full refund within 30 days of receiving back the unwanted item. Please look after the product while it is in your possession and return the item in it's original packaging.

 

If an item needs returning we suggest that you send it via Royal mail Special Delivery as all items sent via Royal mail Special Delivery are guaranteed and insured. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Once the item has been received by us we will refund the return costs

Please treat all jewellery with care as rings may open and break and silver may mark if handled roughly. The customer acknowledges that due to the purity of fine silver it is softer than sterling. Over time all items may show signs of wear and tear. Especially keyrings and bracelets which are prone to being knocked.
